Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, and SantoriniPort.co encourages you to read them carefully. It is under these Terms and Conditions that bookings are made and accepted by SantoriniPort.co. Unless otherwise stated, any purchases made through www.santoriniport.co are subject to these Terms & Conditions. If a Customer makes a booking, and have accepted the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking and consents to these Terms & Conditions that using www.santoriniport.co. No alterations or variations to these Terms & Conditions will be accepted unless agreed in writing by SantoriniPort.co.

Accident or Loss
Please take care of all the personal property. SantoriniPort.co will not be liable for any theft, loss damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however, caused, unless due to negligence by SantoriniPort.co, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.

Personal Safety
Each Customer is responsible for maintaining their safety at all times. By agreeing to take part in the tour, all Customers are agreeing to listen to the safety instructions given by the Guide and to exercise due care and attention while walking.

Prices
The prices appearing on the website are the current rates and can change with no prior notice. Once a Customer has booked a tour with SantoriniPort.co, the Customer will not be required to pay any difference in the event of a price increase, and SantoriniPort.co will not refund the balance of any price reduction. All prices are per private group unless otherwise stated.

Changes to existing bookings
It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings, unless Santorini Port Super Suttle receives notification 72 hours in advance, in writing, to info@santoriniport.co

Booking method
A deposit of €50 is required to secure your day with us.
You will pay the balance in cash on the day of the tour.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
